Probe-ex Super I is collaborative venture between Uedi holdings and System U of France to establish unique retail system and complexes in India in 4 different categories :-

System U is French retail giant, established in 1893 and having more than 100 years of experience. They have more than 800 retail establishments in France in their four categories. The Collaborative venture plans to start the above four categories (Hyper U, Super U, U Express and Utile)in different cities in only Franchisee model. Under the venture Probe-ex will establish, manage and run franchisee models under the royalty paid up system.

The retails establishment has been renamed with “I” representation to reflect Indian market and rest part of name as collaboration between Probe-ex and System U different categories.

• • “PROBE-EX HYPER I” will be biggest type of retail market, targeted for Metro and other big cities (Tier1)
• • “PROBE-EX SUPER I” will be medium scale type of retail market, targeted for Tier 1 and Tier 2 type of cities
• • “PROBE-EX I EXPRESS” will be smaller scale type of retail market, targeted for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
